This workshop is ideal for beginners and people who claim they have a difficult time meditating.  This workshop is also perfect for those wanting to deepen their meditation practice, explore different styles of meditation and mindfulness in a group setting.

This workshop is designed as a series.  Each series lasting one month, each meeting lasting up to an hour.  We meet at the same time and place weekly to work on a specific meditation that builds on itself throughout the month. Time for discussion and sharing are included and encouraged.
